Purchase and Return Policy.
We at dulcimer.net want you to love your new instrument. If you aren't, we will be happy to exchange your item for another, or give you store credit for non-custom items. For custom instruments made to order (mainly
Dulcimers and Guitars with personalized inlay or carving) we cannot accept returns. But if there's a problem, it may be covered under warranty.
We do not do refunds at this time!
All instruments built by Cripple Creek Dulcimers are guaranteed to be free from defects in manufacture for a period of at least one year. Should repair be required, the instrument will be fixed at no charge. Return shipping will be paid by the customer. Should the repair be covered under warranty, Cripple Creek Dulcimers will ship the repaired instrument back to the customer at no charge. Should the repair NOT BE COVERED, we will contact the customer with a repair estimate and obtain authorization prior to repairing the instrument and the customer will pay return shipping. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, physical damage or modifications to the instrument. Damage due to extremes of temperature or humidity is not covered under this warranty. Nor are subjective matters such as the tone or timber of the instrument.
Shipping- In-Stock items ship within 48 hours. Backordered Items may take up to two weeks. Custom Dulcimers and kits must be prepayed and take 4-6 weeks to build and ship. Custom Guitars orders generally take 6 months but only require a 25-50% down payment.
We prefer to ship UPS. But if that won't work for you, Call us and we'll figure something out.
